Obama’s Adviser, Samantha Power On Darfur
Samantha Power is Obama’s Sudan advisor. Four years ago she wrote an exceptional essay about Darfur after visiting it and investigating the mass atrocities that took place.
With the US 2008 elections approaching and Obama displaying a very strong performance, it’s good to see he chose advisers like Samantha Power who has a deep understanding of Darfur.

Dear Samautha:
I have question about sudan peace first I want you to know that my English is not very good because I didn’t get a good education in my country because the war I com to vermont on 02/16/2006. if you want to how got here go to ( VRRP) website to read my personal story - how is Dafur going to have a different peace than southern sudan if we are going to have one country and one government ? why don we break peace agreement that is not working and make peace that is going to work for everyone in sudan. and I think that you and president Obama can do that because I am very worry about my people in Abyei that has been born down and they say that we have peace. thank you very much for your time:
