I do have a problem with the fact that this is just a scare tactic and although China might change thier ways for right now who is to say that they will not go back to the way they are now. I am sure there are a couple things that the Chinese can't change back but what is to say that with just a quick policy change China is back to backing the Sudanese government. I also believe that if all these governments do this boycott and go through with it, the boycott will just take away from the mystic that is the Olympic games. Going through with this bocott will just end up punishing the athletes who have trained for the past four years. This boycott is not a bad idea it is also not one that we should just follow through with just to fight an evil government. It seems that the world has turned it's back on the Sudanese government for far to long and I feel that the sooner this genocide is tamed the better.
